Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our team. As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining computer numerical control (CNC) machines to produce high-quality parts and components. Your attention to detail and ability to interpret technical drawings will be essential in ensuring accurate and precise machining.

Duties:
- Set up and operate CNC machines such as milling machines, and press brake machines
- Load raw materials into the machine and monitor the machining process
- Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to determine machine settings and tooling requirements
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy using precision measuring instruments
- Make adjustments to machine settings as needed to maintain product specifications
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and optimize production processes
- Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area

Skills:
- Proficiency in operating CNC machines, including knowledge of Fanuc controls
- Strong understanding of machining principles, including cutting speeds, feeds, and tooling selection
- Experience with SolidWorks or other CAD software for interpreting technical drawings
- Knowledge of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T)
- Familiarity with precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges
- Ability to use hand tools for machine setup and maintenance

We are a small Fabricating Shop in Troy, looking for CNC Mill Operator. Must be able to perform programming. Full-Time Position. Starting Rate between $16 - $20 per hour.
